Using the Antenna Man Signal Meter to find the direction of peak signal is so much more productive in getting good TV. We have very poor TV signal at our Florida home. To make it more difficult, the signal strength and which cannels are watchable changes from day to day. I selected a day when the signal was poor and the meter pinned down the best antenna rotor settings for the channels. Using Tyler's meter made it simple and straight forward to get the best available signal and now have the settings stored on our rotor to recall them as desired. The meter is a bargain for what it does. Thanks Tyler!

Old TV repair and antenna guy here. Nice job with this. Haven't had the time to play with it much and may have missed some thingns but a couple of "nits" if I may.
*** printed instructions a bit too small for these old eyes, especially the remote.. remote is universal and only a few buttons needed to operate the box. Took me a while to figure that out and mark accordingly
*** would be a "great" tool if it had the ability to DELETE unwanted channels along with adding them. Have no interest in shopping, languages, and/or religious programming.
*** default setting out-of-the-box for preamp power should be "off", not on
*** not tried yet but do I understand this box can convert ATSC 1.0 to NTSC signals, Ch 3 or 4?
*** a block diagram of internals would go a long way to answer the above comments and more

Works great. The tuner is laot higher quality than theone that came with the television. Opened my eyes to setting up things very differently in the next few weeks.
