Product does what it says and so much more

This Digital TV converter box marketed as a signal meter definitely makes it clear how strong a given TV signal is. As a converter it offers a simple yet nearly impossible attribute to find anywhere else - it actually shows the channel number on the LED screen. Every other OTA external tuner either only shows the channel number on-screen and does not have an LED screen or the screen says something like C0001 which doesn't really mean anything.

Antenna Man Signal Meter review and suggestions

A dBm signal number would be helpful for some of us.
A SHORT written description document describing what each item is expected to do and how to do it, or use it, would be very helpful. I can see people trying to use the meter and giving up! Most items I worked my way through but some I did not.
For me , the above would have made it a 5 star

Cost-effective way to measure signal strength by channel

By far, the best, most cost-effective way to measure signal strength by channel for rural installations.

Why I Built This Meter

Hey, Tyler here — also known as the Antenna Man. For years, I’ve helped millions of people cut the cord and get free TV with just an antenna. But there’s always been one frustrating part: finding the best signal.

Too many people give up because their antenna isn’t pointed in the right direction — or they waste hours scanning, rescanning, and still miss out on channels they should be getting.

So I decided to fix that. I built a signal meter that actually works — something I wish everyone had when setting up their antenna. My dream? Help even more people cut the cord for good… and actually enjoy free TV the way it’s meant to be.

My mission stays the same: to help people cut the cord — and I truly believe this product will help even more of you do just that.

Let’s Clear Things Up

What does the signal meter actually do?

It shows you the real-time signal strength from your antenna, so you can adjust it and instantly see which direction gives you the best reception — no more rescanning or guessing.

Will it help me get more channels?

Yes — when your antenna is pointed in the optimal direction, you can often pick up channels you weren’t getting before. That’s what this tool is designed to help with.

Is it hard to use?

Not at all. Just plug it in between your TV and antenna. That’s it. Plus, every order comes with instructions and a full video tutorial where I walk you through how to set it up and use it properly.

Do I need to buy anything else for it to work?

Nope. If you already have a TV and an antenna, you’re good to go. Just connect the signal meter in between, and you’re all set.

Will this work with all antennas?

It works with most antennas that connect via coaxial cable — which is the standard type used for over-the-air TV.

What if I have questions or need help?

I’ve got you covered. The setup video answers most common questions, but if you’re stuck, just reach out via email — I’m here to help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed fast and typically ship within 1–2 business days (by myself).

Delivery time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we’re only shipping within the U.S & Canada.
